As we continue to grow together to build an even more high-impact global team, we want to hear from you. Our success is only possible with your support, and when we have the right information and feedback from you, our invaluable team.
As many of you know, last year, we completed an all-employee survey that provided insights into our strengths, areas for improvement, and needs of our employees worldwide.
Now, it's time to reflect upon the progress we’ve made and identify areas where further attention might be needed. We are introducing the 2023 'Pulse Survey'.
Why your participation is crucial:
- Feedback loop: While we've taken steps to address issues and capitalise on strengths identified last year, it's imperative to know if these steps have been effective. Your feedback will confirm what’s working and where there is room for improvement.
- Decision making: The results of the pulse survey will help shape our priorities for the coming months. It is a chance for you to steer the direction in which we proceed.
- Culture & growth: By providing feedback, you help us create a culture where continuous improvement is not just a goal but a way of life. It assists us in understanding how to better support, equip and inspire you.
Action: Our survey implementation partner Korn Ferry will distribute an email on 3 October from <EmployeeSurvey@hexagon.com>, with a unique link to the pulse survey. The survey will remain open until 27 October, requiring no more than 15 minutes of your time. Your responses will remain confidential and will only be used to make Hexagon a better place for all of us. I sincerely encourage everyone to participate. Together, we can build an organisation that is successful in its business pursuits as well as a nurturing environment for everyone.
